We are so proud of our school cook Mrs Michelle Broster winning the overall Lancashire Mastercooks competition with her signature dish, Chicken Tagine, which was made with Dates and Honey and served with couscous, sugar snap peas and baby sweetcorn. She was one of 500 cooks who took part in the competition in Lancashire. We are celebrating Mrs Brosters success by holding a special lunch for children, staff and governors on Wednesday 18th November where they will have the opportunity to taste the Signature dish. Over the summer Mrs Broster did a radio broadcast and the pictures are below. Click here for the press release report.
