We would welcome the chance to show you around our wonderful school. Please ring 01524 770241 to book an appointment. We are very proud to be a Church school, although Church attendance is not compulsory to being able to apply for a place here – we are also the village school and are here to serve our community. Below is all the information you need to know about our admission criteria. If you have any questions, please ring Mr Gittins for a conversation. Admissions for Reception 2024 are open now and close on 15 January 2024. Click the link below to apply – search for us under Brookhouse if you can’t find us under Caton St Paul’s.
Our admissions arrangements are due for consultation as it has been 7 years since this last happened. PLease click on admissions policy and procedures 2025-26 to see these and email head@stpauls.lancs.sch.uk with any comments you may have.
In-year admissions
If you are new to the area and require a school place or if you already reside in the area and you want to move your child from their current local school to our school, your application should be made directly to our school and the child will be admitted where there are available places. If you wish to apply for an in-year admissions place, please fill in the in-year admissions form and return it to bursar@stpauls.lancs.sch.uk. We would be happy to show you around our school; please email us to arrange an appointment.
Once your admission form is submitted to school, we will endeavour to inform you of our admissions decision within one week.
If there are no places available, you have the right of appeal.
If you wish to appeal against an admissions decision, you have to use the LCC e-form using this link https://www.lancashire.gov.uk/children-education-families/schools/appeal-against-an-admission-decision/
