In our school we acknowledge that some children have additional needs that need additional support and monitoring. In school we have a range of support staff who offer additional support groups and a Learning Mentor who works with children who have a range of needs through nurture groups, social and emotional support and 1:1 support sessions.

Below you will find a copy of the school’s Special Educational Needs policy. It details how SEND provision is organised in school and gives key information. Since 2014, all schools have been required to form their SEND (Special Needs) School Offer. This outlines how we, as a school, seek to meet the needs of all pupils and how our building and resources is adapted to meet everyone’s needs. As required by the new SEND code of practice, schools now have a duty to produce a report containing SEND information. This document reports on the implementation and impact of the policy for children with SEND.
